Eurozyme Gıda Katkı Maddeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a group company established in 2003 to carry out the export activities of Polen Un ve Gıda Katkı Mad. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Eurozyme Food started its operations with the export of products for the flour and bread sectors in the years it was established, and expanded its international market and sales channel network with the addition of products for the pastry sector in 2006 and chocolate sector in 2017.

Eurozyme increased export power of Polen Food and market share with its customer-oriented service approach. Pollen Endüstriyel Gıda San. Tic. ve A.Ş. was established in 2015 in Çorlu European Free Zone in addition to Polen Food’s production facilities in Esenyurt, Istanbul, to meet the emerging production capacity needs and that provided an additional 18,000 tons of capacity for per year.

Today, Eurozyme and Pollen Industrial operate effectively in international markets by delivering more than 800 products produced with high quality standards for the flour and pastry sectors under the roof of Polen Food to more than 65 countries on 5 continents.
